Microsoft basic display adapter not showing in device manager

The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter.'

'This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro today from Windows 8.1 Pro and the only error in the Device Manager after the upgrade shows under Display Adapters->Microsoft Basic Display Adapter:
